We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases.
Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
We are committed to our customers 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase they can send it back at no charge within 7 days after they receive it and we will give them a credit note or full refund.
The order has to be made only through our website (wayuubags.co) and not through other retailers.
Deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned unused, unwashed and with the original sales labels attached and in the condition in which they were received.
Please note that we can not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is defective.
All shipping costs are not refundable. This includes the shipping costs of the sender to the sender and vice versa.
We ask that returned items be shipped via express or registered mail to our Colombian mailing address as below:

Important: If you are going to make a return Please email customer service for a return approval before shipping back the package.
If you refuse a shipment from Wayuu Bags, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Wayuu Bags.
This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the reoccuring shipping fee.
